The official site of Bert Smith and the Walk, and Warrior Ministries, along with the band's related ministries.  Please feel free to come back often.  As each member of the band contributes watch our site as it grows. Our primary focus is sharing  the Message through our music with those who are homeless and those who are incarcerated.   But if you are looking for an intimate evening of worship, with a solo concert or a rockin' praise event, with a great band, you are in the right place.

Having been a worship leader since 2001, I have had the privilege of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to people of all ages and denominations.  Through solo concerts, or with my band,  we seek to draw the listeners into a closer, deeper, more meaningful experience with  God.

The band consists of Ron Woods-harmonica & vocals, John Payne-keyboards & vocals, Kevin Breshears-acoustic guitar & vocals, B.J. DeClue-bass & vocals, Bob Allen-drums, Hunter Davis-percussion.  All of us from different denominations and backgrounds, but, all of us united in our common goal.
